We’re always looking for reliable, hands-on people who take pride in their work.

At Hotel Palacio, every role matters. Whether you're front-facing or behind the scenes, you’re part of the guest experience. We value people who show up, take ownership, and are willing to learn.

This isn’t a place for people who want to just “get by.” It’s for those who want to grow, improve, and contribute to a team that actually works.

What to Expect

• A fast-paced hospitality environment
• Clear responsibilities and structured processes
• A team that supports but expects accountability
• Opportunities to grow as we continue building

Before You Apply

Make sure you:

• Can commit to your schedule (including weekends and shifts if required)
• Are comfortable working with guests and handling real situations
